Start up in the spring
The spring startup will include turning the water on, running each zone, checking heads for coverage, setting the clock for spring watering times, and noting any problems or damage. Repairs will made at that time and billed as an extra based on material, equipment and labor used.

Winterization in the fall
The fall winterization will include shutting the water off, turning the controller off, blowing the water out of the lines with compressed air and sealing the rain sensor (if applicable).

Repairs will be done as requested. You will be billed based on material, equipment and labor used.
